Foster is a farming town between Leongatha and Yarram in South Gippsland, Victoria.
Established in 1871 the Foster Cemetery is still used today. It is quiet large and very well maintained. The cemetery is situated on the road to Fish Creek about a kilometre from the Museum. It is on the right hand side heading towards Fish Creek.
The cemetery is divided into several denominations. Roman Catholic, Presbyterian, Anglican, Methodist and Lawn.
On this CD-Rom are some burials without headstones plus Pictorial Register of all headstones. This includes a close up of headstone and a long shot which shows the whole grave.
